The information we receive

When you make a request, we receive the information you enter: your name, your e-mail address, your phone number if you provide it, and the details of your search.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, present stones to you and, if you wish, prepare an acquisition. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

The form is routed through the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message by e-mail and acts as a mere technical intermediary.

How long we keep it

Three years from our last exchange, unless the law requires a longer retention period in the event of an acquisition (invoicing, due-diligence obligations).

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by writing to contact [at] maiwis.com . You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies and audience measurement
